Special
Needs Activity Program (S.N.A.P.) is a socialization and activity
program exclusively for single individuals with intellectual and
developmental special needs (Participants) living within the boundaries of the 18 Stakes of Provo. This program serves the
needs of those individuals within the Provo Coordinating Council of
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It’s mission is to
provide an environment where Participants can grow in gospel
understanding, learn skills, develop talents, and have positive
social experiences with each other. Activities are planned that will
be fun, expand the horizons of participants, and meet Church
guidelines and standards. It is a supplemental program and is not
intended to replace an individual’s regular home ward programs.
Weekly
activities are held every Thursday evening (Except Holiday Weeks and
Vacation Month of August)
Time:
7:00 pm until 8:30 pm:
Address:
965 North Locust Lane Chapel, Provo. Participants are dropped off
inside
the building by their caregivers and picked up there as well. Adult

(“warm hand-off”). Participants should try to be on time to start
and families/guardians should be on time to pick participants up
