Thursday night our SNAP friends met at the Locust Lane building for an evening of Saint-Patrick's-Day fun. Tina Shelley and the dancers from the Shelley School of Irish Dance performed Irish step dancing for our entertainment. Bother Burns presented a slide show of all things Irish. Many came in the spirit of the occasion, dressed in green. We were happy to welcome Brother and Sister Santiago who are newly called adult leaders. It was a fun event and, as always, it was good to be together.
Meeting in the gathering room
Dressed in green
In happy anticipation
The luck of the Irish
We are so happy to have the Santiagos join us
Pot of gold at the end of the rainbow
Good times
With plenty of laughs
That's a fine hat
Ready to begin
Brother Burns is pleased
Irish step dancing
Lots of great leg work (without much hand work)
Even some tiny dancers
These dancers are on their toes
Great costumes
There is some hand work
Tina Shelley is their teacher
The entire lineup
A friend you can lean on
Somebody is all smiles
We like Sisters Leishman and Burns
Brother Burns gave us a taste of Ireland
Everyone likes a good slide show
Some folks are just born to dance
Yet another week of Brother Leishman filling in as photographer. Many thanks from the webmaster who wishes he and Sister Taylor could have been with you. We miss you all.
