Easter Activity

Thursday Evening, 2 November, we met at the Locust Lane building for a special SNAP Easter activity. Brother Burns invited his friend John Foss to join us on an evening when we saw some of the church's videos on the life of Jesus Christ. It was nice to have Brother Foss come because it is he who plays Jesus Christ in these videos. He was kind enough to tell us about the how he felt about his role and we were able to ask him questions about his experience and the production. It was interesting to learn about the videos, but it was also inspiring to think about the Savior, especially as we get ready for Easter.

We are always pleased when Elder and Sister Johns visit

 Jordan led the music in our opening gathering

 In the cultural hall, Elder Johns and Sister Leishman got the projector set up

 While the videos were being sorted out, Sister Johns led us in some rousing songs

 She knows how to keep things moving

 And we were singing and moving with gusto

 We love being together

 Brother Foss answered questions

 Such a nice experience

 The videos mean more after learning about how they were made

 It doesn't matter what the activity is...

 We always have a good time being together...

 Because we love each other

 It was nice to meet Brother Foss and talk with him at the finish of the activity
