On Thursday evening, March 31, our SNAP friends had a chance to prepare for Mothers Day by creating some handmade cards. Brother and Sister McIntire, our good SNAP friends were with us. Sister McIntire showed us how to make the cards. It was a fun opportunity to be craftsy and visit with all our friends.
Brother Burns welcomed the group
Sister McIntire showed us how to make cards
Brother McIntire helped, too
Hey, these cards are blank
One smile out of four isn't too bad
So what do you want to draw?
How about a flower?
Drawing takes concentration
A nice sharp pencil helps
Once we get these drawn, we can make our cards
I think I am going to like this
We were glad everyone came
Sister McIntire was so helpful
What are you going to do with that?
We are making progress here
Face palm: doh
Here is my heart
Yup, I'm ready
Okay, here comes the color
There you have it
I think the card will be even better than the cast
This is grrrrreat!
Many thanks to the McIntires for coming and helping us. The webmaster thanks Brother Leishman for taking photos so this could be published from Reno.
